Programme One - Discovery Programme

Programme Description

This shorter programme is ideal if you have had therapy before but feel you need to readdress the issue.

It is also perfect as your first introduction to therapy.

Outcomes

Firstly we will develop a deep, trusting relationship.

You will feel heard in all aspects of your life.

We will start with a complete overview of the main issues.

We will then narrow it down and focus on the key area that is impacting you the most.

You will learn new ways to deal with what has or is happening.

Programme Structure

An 8 week programme that includes:

  • 5 x 1.5 hr sessions face to face or online combining talking therapy, hypnotherapy, CBT and coaching.

  • Personalised audio recording for between sessions (if using hypnotherapy).

  • Check-ins between sessions.

  • Private WhatsApp access throughout the programme.

Programme Two - Transformation Reframe Programme

Programme Description

This programme is ideal if you are aware you have deep rooted issues over a number of years that need to be addressed and are ready to commit over a longer period.

Outcomes

All outcomes included in discovery programme, plus:

We will go back through your past to unlock any negative beliefs.

We will identify what is still impacting you today.

By clearing out the negativity we will reframe those beliefs.

You will gain clarity and appreciation of your past, the present and future.

Programme Structure

A 3 month programme that includes:

  • 10 x 1.5 hr sessions face to face or online combining talking therapy, hypnotherapy, CBT, and coaching.

  • Personalised audio recording for between sessions (if using hypnotherapy).

  • Check-ins between sessions.

  • Private WhatsApp access throughout the programme.
