I have over thirty years’ experience working at a senior level, managing large teams over multiple sites.

The Transformation Leadership Programme

Programme Description

A uniquely designed programme to identify, reframe and manage key risk areas.

Programme Structure

  • 2 half day Sounding Board sessions (in person at my therapy room or at your chosen location) in the first month to identify the starting point, the direction of focus and key actions.

  • 4 x 120-minute sessions over four months.

  • A final half day review.

  • Regular accountability and check ins.

6 monthly instalments of £725 (excluding travel expenses).
